No pets, smoking, parties or events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Do not charge electric vehicles using the house sockets; use a socket intended for vehicle charging. A refundable €800 per-booking deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation as a guarantee. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Bed linen and towels are not provided; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, without renewal.
