House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people are not accepted. A crib is available for an optional nightly fee. The agency requests arrival details one week before arrival to arrange key collection; out-of-office or bank-holiday key collection may incur an extra cost.
Getting there
The house is on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi, with a sand beach listed at 0 ft and a rocky beach at 164.04 ft. A car is recommended. Parking is uncovered and limited to two spaces.
