House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Young groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 20 kg are accepted, except dangerous breeds. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €10 per reservation; double-bed linen €22 per reservation; single-bed linen €19 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €155 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Refundable deposit: €800 per reservation, held by card pre-authorisation. A tourist tax is indicated as included in the total price; the property description also says it is payable before the stay. The house has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use domestic sockets for charging.
