House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 10 kg are allowed, except dangerous-breed animals. Please contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to give your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Optional linen is supplied for the stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800 security deposit is collected by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €105 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the booking. Internet access, heating, pet service and personalised arrival/departure services are listed as included.
