House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Bedding and towels are not supplied. Optional linen and end-of-stay cleaning are available: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €10 per booking; double-bed linen €22 per bed; single-bed linen €19 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €158 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay and is not renewed. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is secured by card pre-authorization. A 10% concierge service fee applies to the booking. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to give your arrival time and arrange key handover. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging point is available; do not use domestic outlets for charging.

Betey sandy beach is 150 m away. The house is 220 m from Boulangerie du Betey, 350 m from SPAR, and 400 m from Le Cochon Volant restaurant. The Jetée beach is 1 km away and Mauret beach is 1.2 km away.
