House rules

The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking in rooms incurs a 25,000 ISK fine. Individual cancellation terms vary by booking: cancellations must be reported at least one week before arrival; cancellations made later incur the full reservation charge. Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified or refunded. Group cancellation terms differ: full-group cancellations are due at least eight weeks before arrival unless otherwise agreed; cancellations made less than eight weeks before arrival incur a 50% charge, and less than four weeks before arrival incur a 100% charge. Cancellations for rooms within a confirmed group are due at least four weeks before arrival; later cancellations incur a 100% charge.
