The hotel is non-smoking. Pets require advance contact with the hotel, taxes apply, and pets are not allowed in budget or single rooms. Extra beds are available only in some rooms; the stated extra-bed charge is €20/€25, with a 50% reduction for children up to and including age 7. Continental breakfast costs €9.50 per person and is free for children up to and including age 4. Early check-in is subject to availability: from 09:30 costs €20, and from 11:30 costs €10. Late check-out is subject to availability: after 11:30 until 14:00 costs €10; after 11:30 until 17:00 costs €20; after 17:00 costs 100% of the room rate. Luggage service is free on arrival day and until 23:00 on departure day.
Getting there
The hotel is on Avenida dos Aliados in Porto’s historic centre. The train station is described as two minutes away, and the metro station serving the airport as five minutes away; the airport metro journey takes about 30 minutes. The hotel describes nearby sights as reachable on foot. Reception is on the first floor and accessed by stairs; a lifting platform is available for guests with reduced mobility. Economy rooms are on the sixth floor and accessible only by stairs.
