Massages and jacuzzi use are available at an additional cost. Extra beds require a request; availability and charges depend on room category. Annex rooms are beside the street or parking area and may be noisier at night. The fireplace in the Family or Quad Room is decorative and does not work.

Getting there

The hotel is in San Lucas Tolimán on Lake Atitlán's shore and is meters from the lakeshore. The shore is public; the hotel has no private shore or dock. Rooms do not have lake views, while the restaurant and gardens do. From the public boat dock, the hotel is about a block away on foot. Annex rooms are across the street from the main garden area. A car is an option; the hotel says parking is free. Public boats from Panajachel usually run about every half hour until 5:30 p.m. on most days.
