House rules
Rooms are rented in 24-hour periods. Early arrival from 00:00 to 12:00 and late departure from 12:00 to 24:00 incur a charge of half a day. Requests to extend a stay must be made to reception by 10:00 on the departure day and are subject to availability. Visitors may not remain at the hotel from 23:00 to 07:00; registered guests are responsible for their visitors and may not transfer their room to another person. Keep quiet from 23:00 to 07:00. Smoking is prohibited in rooms; designated smoking areas are on corridor balconies. Guests are responsible for damage. Valuables may be left at reception for free storage; the hotel is not responsible for valuables left in rooms. Lost property is kept for six months. Switch off lights and the television when leaving the room. Cancellation penalties: 15% from 50 to 30 days before arrival; 40% from 30 to 15 days; 50% from 14 to 10 days; 60% from 9 to 4 days; and 100% from 3 to 1 day.
Getting there
The hotel is in central Ivano-Frankivsk on Chornovola Street. Free parking is advertised, with 50 spaces.
