Is reception open around the clock?
Yes. Reception is open 24 hours to welcome guests and help with problems or information about local places of interest.
Is a cot available free of charge?
Yes. A free cot is available on request when booking. A baby bath can also be requested.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not accommodated.

How much does parking cost?
Parking costs €20 per day, including VAT.
Is motorcycle parking available?
Yes. Motorcycles use automobile parking spaces; up to two motorcycles may share one space. The charge is €20 per space, so three or four motorcycles use two spaces at €40.
When is the room available?
The room is available from 14:00. Luggage storage is available for earlier arrivals, and reception is open 24 hours for late arrivals.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 11:30. Luggage storage is available for the rest of the day.
When and where is payment made?
The full stay is paid at the hotel reception on arrival, by cash or credit card.
