Is parking free?
Yes. The private car park is free and open 24 hours a day to hotel customers.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome for a supplement of €25 per night. Please notify the hotel when booking.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the booking package. Buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and until 10:30 a.m. on weekends; it costs €13 per person extra.
Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes. The restaurant seats 150 and is open for lunch and dinner, serving seasonal Alsatian cuisine. The terrace is open in summer; booking is recommended.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Luggage storage is available on request.
Do all rooms have a balcony?
No. Eighteen of the 36 rooms have a balcony, facing either the Florival Valley or the inner courtyard. Preferences can be requested, subject to availability.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with individual thermostats.
Can I reserve connecting rooms?
Connecting or adjacent rooms may be requested, subject to availability.
