- Parking
- An outdoor fenced parking area and an indoor garage are available by advance reservation; spaces are limited and the service is paid. Suitable for medium-sized cars. Public parking nearby is recommended for longer or low-clearance cars.
- Pets allowed
- Small and medium-sized pets are accepted; the services page specifies small pets up to 8 kg. A leash and cleanup kit are required. The FAQ states a fee of €10 per day; the services page also notes a supplement.
- Air conditioning
- Common areas are air-conditioned, except for the veranda. Room-level air-conditioning coverage is not specified.
- Washing machine
- A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
