Full advance payment is required to confirm a room. Cancellations are accepted at least 48 hours before check-in for FIT reservations and 10 days before check-in for GIT reservations. No refund or reimbursement is made for unused meals. Up to two children aged 5 or under may stay free when sharing the same bed; older children are charged as extra persons. Indian guests are requested to carry government-approved identification; foreign guests are requested to carry a valid passport and visa.
