The hotel is open year-round. Breakfast is included in the high-season room price; in low season, breakfast is an extra charge. A pet supplement of €4, tourist tax of €1.10, kitchen supplement of €6 per day for rooms 6, 7 and 8, and baby cot supplement of €8 per stay are listed. High season applies from 12 June through 12 September 2026 and on long holiday weekends and year-end holidays.

Lake Serre-Ponçon is 150 m away; the center of Savines-le-Lac is 200 m away. Beaches, water activities and shops in the village are accessible on foot.
