House rules

Hotel rooms are available from 14:00 and must be vacated by 11:00. For hotel arrivals after 18:00, notify the hotel by telephone while en route. Apartment arrivals are between 14:00 and 19:00 unless prior arrangements are made; apartment departures are by 11:00. Apartments are rented for stays of at least three nights. Daily hotel service is not provided in apartments. Beds are made on arrival according to the number of guests reserved. End-of-stay cleaning is available on request at arrival for an additional charge. Apartment stays must be paid in full on arrival; there is no refund for early departure. A signed inventory inspection is made at key handover and departure. Children under four stay free; a baby cot is available on request at no extra charge. The hotel is non-smoking. Pets are accepted for an additional charge and must not be left alone in the room. For apartments, average electricity use is included; any excess electricity use may be charged separately. The washing and drying machine is available on request for an additional charge. The private garage is available by reservation for an additional charge.

Getting there

The hotel is in Kaysersberg. Restaurants in the old town are within walking distance. Apartments are in the Loges building, at 5 place Gouraud, and key collection is at Hôtel Les Remparts, 50 metres away. Apartment access is on the ground, first or second floor depending on the apartment. An elevator is mentioned in one of the buildings. The source does not establish a step-free route.
