The hotel offers non-smoking room categories, each with a private bathroom with shower and/or bath, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer, and a flat-screen Smart TV. Rooms have twin beds that can be prepared as a double bed on request, subject to availability. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Breakfast is served buffet-style from 8:35 to 10:00 and costs €11 per person, subject to availability. The buffet includes coffee, tea, milk, hot or cold chocolate, orange juice, two bread rolls and one croissant, butter, jams, spread, Liège syrup, dried fruit, yogurts, cheeses, Ardennes sausage, chorizo, Ardennes ham and cereals.
Special requests, such as pastries, should be made in advance and may incur a supplement. Cyclists can use a hose to clean bicycles and a secure storage area. Public free parking is available nearby without reservation. The hotel has welcomed guests since 28 February 1989.
