Check-in is from 15:00. The reception closes at 23:00; contact the hotel if you expect to arrive later. Check-out is by 12:00. Pets are accepted only in ground-floor rooms, by reservation and for an additional charge. A child bed is available for an additional charge, or a baby cot free of charge, on request when booking. The elevator serves the first two floors but not the third. Two ground-floor rooms are described as accessible for people with disabilities.
Getting there
Chantilly railway station is a 12-minute walk away. Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport and Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre are 35 minutes away. The hotel has a public parking option opposite and private parking by reservation for an additional charge.
