Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. A valid photo ID and booking confirmation are required at check-in. Early check-in and late check-out depend on room availability. Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before check-in; cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows may be charged the full booking amount. Advance payment may be required for group reservations or during peak seasons. Changes depend on availability and may incur additional charges. Children aged 5 and under stay free when sharing existing bedding. Extra beds and baby cots are available on request, subject to availability and additional charges. Smoking is not permitted. Unregistered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM. Room charges, restaurant bills, and other services must be settled before check-out unless prepaid.
