The communicating-room option comprises two connected rooms, totals 36 m², accommodates up to 6 people and has two bathrooms.

The family room is 38 m², accommodates up to 4 people and has a king-size bed, a separate living area with space for two additional beds, and a whirlpool bathtub. Quintamar rooms are in an annex building without an elevator. The hotel has a restaurant and offers event facilities.
