The hotel has 44 rooms of varying categories in the main building and seven detached cottages. Room categories include Standard, Twin, Classic, Deluxe and Luxe. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool with waterfall, fitness center, Turkish and Finnish saunas, billiards room, hookah bar and restaurant. The restaurant serves national, European, Chinese and Japanese cuisines. A kids club provides supervised care from 09:00 to 21:00, free of charge.
Billiards is 4,000 AMD per hour and is available from 10:00 to 22:00. The hotel offers excursions to Armenia's sights and Lake Sevan. A mountain river flows through the grounds; fishing rods are provided, and caught fish can be cooked by the hotel chef or by guests on the grill. The ski area is 628 meters away, and the hotel provides a free shuttle to the ski area and ski equipment.
