All 20 rooms are non-smoking. A local tourist tax of €1 per person per day applies. Baby equipment is available on request, including a cot, changing mat, high chair, bottle warmer and baby food.

The train station is opposite the hotel, Obernai town centre is a five-minute walk away, the A35 motorway is 5 km away, and Obernai Christmas market is 650 m away.
