What are the check-in and check-out times?
The room is available from 3:00 p.m. on arrival day until 11:00 a.m. on departure day. The Alpen Spa may be used without an additional charge before an early arrival or after a late departure.
What is included in the room price?
The advertised hotel board includes accommodation in the booked category, breakfast, an afternoon snack and dinner, free use of the Alpen Spa with pools and saunas, and the activity and outdoor programme. The local tax is not included.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
All rooms and suites are non-smoking.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are welcome on request for an additional charge. A maximum of two dogs is allowed per room.
