Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the hotel, including the terrace. Parties and noisy events are not allowed in rooms or common areas. Guests are asked to limit noise, especially in the evening and early morning, and to be considerate of other residents and staff. Rooms accommodate up to two people; an extra bed for a child under 12 or a baby cot can be requested. Pets are welcome; guests are responsible for any damage. The building has no elevator, so strollers and luggage must be carried upstairs.

Getting there

The hotel is in Ferney-Voltaire, in the Pays de Gex. The three-storey historic building has no elevator; rooms are on floors up to the third. The hotel is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Some rooms overlook the terrace. Bistro activity can be heard from the ground floor and terrace; the hotel notes limited sound insulation.
