The public bath is an artificial hot spring using calcium carbonate. A hotel-made ramen is served to guests daily from 21:00 to 21:30.

Group bookings for 10–100 guests require a guest list at least 20 days before the stay. Cancellation charges apply: for 1–9 guests, 10% at 7 days before, 50% the day before, 80% before noon on the day, and 100% after noon on the day or for a no-show. For 10–100 guests, charges are 10% at 30 days, 20% at 20 days, 30% at 7 days, 50% the day before, 80% before noon on the day, and 100% after noon on the day or for a no-show. Exceptions for some group reductions may be discussed with the hotel.
