Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before arrival. Same-day reservations cannot be changed or cancelled. For reservations made in advance, late cancellation, failure to arrive on the check-in date, or failure to arrive at the established check-in time may result in a no-show charge of one room-night plus taxes; for stays longer than one night, the remaining stay is cancelled. Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card in the guest's name or an advance deposit for the full stay. Fully prepaid reservations cannot be changed or cancelled and are non-refundable.
Getting there
The hotel is in Oaxaca City's Historic Center, behind the Temple of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, near the tourist pedestrian walkway and the ethnobotanical garden. Nearby parking options are available. Access rooms on the ground floor must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. There is no elevator to rooms on upper floors.
