House rules
Late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and subject to availability, at 50% of the room price. A local tourist tax is payable on site in cash at check-out: €1 per person per night from May 1 to September 30, and €0.50 per person per night from October 1 to April 30. Small pets require advance notice and management confirmation and incur a €10 supplement; they are not allowed in the restaurant or pool area.
Getting there
The hotel is at Passo dei Carpinelli, Casone Carpinelli, in the Garfagnana area of Lucca province. The hotel is on three floors and has no elevator. Classic rooms are accessible only by stairs.
