What is included in the price?
Breakfast and a home-cooked dinner, spa access (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room), Wi-Fi and parking are included. VAT and tourist tax are included in the stated prices.
How are children charged?
Children up to 7 years old stay free in their parents’ room; children aged 7 to 12.99 are charged 50% of the bed price; guests aged 13 and over are charged as adults.
What is in each room?
All rooms have a balcony with Rhodope views, a bathroom with a bathtub, minibar, TV and hairdryer. Studios also have a kitchenette, sofa bed and living area.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 11:00.
Do I need to pay in advance?
A stay request is not a payment. Nothing is charged in advance; payment is due under the selected rate conditions after confirmation.
