The hotel has 16 rooms, renovated regularly, with en-suite bathrooms. Room categories include Double rooms for up to 2 guests with a 160 × 200 cm bed; Twin or Triple rooms for up to 3 guests with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a 90 × 200 cm single bed; Salon rooms for up to 2 guests, approximately 16 m², with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed; and Double rooms with terrace for up to 2 guests, with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a private balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom arrangements vary by category: Double rooms have a shower or bath by preference; Twin or Triple rooms have a walk-in shower; Salon rooms have a bath; and Double rooms with terrace have a walk-in shower. A buffet breakfast is offered. The reception is open seven days a week and closes between noon and 3 p.m. The hotel has no elevator.

A second car may be accepted only exceptionally, late in the day after all guests have arrived. Spaces must be vacated when rooms are vacated. A public car park with 200 spaces is opposite the hotel. Two electric-vehicle charging points are available subject to availability; the indicative rate published for 18 April 2025 was €0.50/kWh.

Montélimar train station is a 7-minute walk away. The hotel is 10 minutes from the Autoroute du Soleil. Private parking is subject to availability and is accessible from 15:00 to 22:00; one space is allocated per room. A public car park with 200 spaces is opposite the hotel. Please notify the hotel in advance about an oversized vehicle, such as one with a trailer, utility vehicle, or bicycle rack.

The entire establishment is non-smoking. Arrival is from 15:00 to 22:00; departure is by 11:00. Staying beyond these hours incurs a €10 charge per hour. Reception closes between 12:00 and 15:00.
