The Mexico City International Airport is approximately 20 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. Uber, authorized taxis, Metro, Metrobús, and private transportation are available. Guest parking is complimentary, with one space per reservation. Bicycles can be rented at B Artesanal Concept Store.

Xkina Restaurante serves contemporary cuisine and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service. Xkina Rooftop offers cocktails and scheduled events. Cool Corner is a café and work-friendly space for coffee, snacks, informal meetings, and remote work with Wi-Fi.
