House rules
Check-in is from 13:00 to 20:00 and check-out is from 07:00 to 11:00. The local tourist tax is not included and is payable at departure. The suite's whirlpool bath is available for an extra charge. Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival has no penalty; within 7 days, and for early departure, late arrival or no-show, the penalty is 100% of the booking amount.
Getting there
The hotel is in Paraggi Bay, a short walk from a sandy beach. Portofino is a 20-minute walk along the Sentiero dei Baci.
