House rules
All rooms are non-smoking. Dogs are accepted on request for a fee. Check-in is possible from approximately 2:00 PM. After 4:00 PM, check-in is only possible using a key code, which guests can request shortly before arrival via email or WhatsApp. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. The visitor's tax is €1.70 per person per night, payable on site on the day of departure. Cancellations and changes up to 7 days before arrival are free; later cancellations and changes incur 80% of the total booking price. No-shows incur the full amount.
Getting there
The hotel is beside the Moselle River, near the marina and next to the birthplace of Nicholas of Cusa. A free public parking lot is directly opposite. Bicycle storage is available in a garage next to the hotel.
