What room categories are available?
Single and double rooms are 18–25 m² and accommodate 1–3 people. Family rooms and suites are 36 m² and accommodate 1–5 people. The family apartment is 90 m² and accommodates up to 6 people.
What is the difference between Superior and Comfort rooms?
They differ only in the flooring. Superior rooms were renovated in 2024 and have a grey-brown floor; Comfort rooms have red carpet. The furnishings are otherwise identical, and both options are available as family rooms.
Is breakfast included in the room price?
No. The breakfast buffet is booked separately, either when reserving the room or at reception, and is served in Paulas Alb restaurant in the hotel.
Where can I park at the hotel?
Three underground garages are directly at the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome in rooms for a fee; notify the hotel briefly before arrival. Dogs are allowed in Paulas Alb restaurant.
How far is the hotel from Ulm?
The hotel is about 25 minutes by car from Ulm.
Are massages available in the wellness area?
No. Massages and spa treatments are not offered.
