House rules

The property is entirely non-smoking. A credit card is required for reservations; no deposit is charged, and full payment is taken on arrival. Date or name changes have no service fee. Changing the number of guests may result in new pricing based on occupancy. Cancellations must be reported 24 hours before the arrival day; otherwise, the full reservation amount is non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Pets are allowed for a fee only in the motel section; pets are not permitted in the listed hotel-section room categories. For a group of more than 20 people with a meal, the reception/conference room must be reserved two weeks in advance.

The Petit Témis cycling trail is directly accessible. The hotel is at exit 12 of Highway 85 in Dégelis.
