Rooms are available from 12:00 and must be vacated by 10:30 on departure day. Please plan to arrive before 18:00 and notify the hotel if arriving later. For a card-guaranteed reservation, cancellation without charge is possible up to 48 hours before arrival; cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival incurs a charge of one night. A no-show incurs at least one night's charge. Deposits paid to guarantee a reservation are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Payment is made in full at the hotel. The hotel requests a card number or a deposit, or a guarantee by 17:00, to secure a reservation.

The hotel is a few kilometres from the sea and is near the Côte de Nacre beaches and D-Day sites.
