Pets are not allowed. Ask the property about reservations with children. Cancellation must be notified by email at least 48 hours before arrival; for Easter and New Year, at least one week before arrival. A no-show may result in cancellation of the reservation and a charge for the first night; for Easter and New Year, the first two nights are payable.
Getting there
Callao metro station is 50 metres away; Gran Vía metro station is 200 metres away. Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Cibeles, Plaza de España and major museums are nearby.
