The house

The fenced grounds have direct neighbors, seasonal orange, plum, lemon and apricot trees, and free-roaming chickens and chicks. Outdoor facilities include four sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a terrace with an awning and barbecue. The private natural pool measures 6 × 6 m with a uniform depth of 1.4 m. It uses water movement to clean itself without chemical additives, is elevated and protected, and has no lights.

On the ground floor are a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped Majorcan kitchen with a gas cooker, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. A pantry beneath the stairs contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Stairs lead to a large first-floor living-dining room with a piano and satellite TV, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. A cot and high chair can be provided. Four fans and two electric radiators are available.

The house is a short walk from the center of Porreres, in central Mallorca. Colònia de Sant Jordi beach is 24.1 km away, and the south coast and Colònia de Sant Jordi are about half an hour away by car. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for four cars are available. Pets are welcome. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
