The hotel offers two-, three- and four-bed rooms with the option of extra beds, as well as two family apartments. The accommodation price is per person per night and includes breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant and snack bar, a dining room with 110 seats, three lounges, a dance floor, a sauna, a gym, table tennis, table football, darts, a children's play area, storage for mountain bikes and ski equipment, parking, and an outdoor terrace. A ski area can be reached on skis from the hotel. Half-board is available to order; breakfast is served buffet-style, and dinner is a three-course menu with a choice of two main dishes.

Stay deposits are refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the planned stay. Half-board is optional: CZK 250 for adults and children aged 15 and over, CZK 210 for children aged 3–14.99, and CZK 180 for children under 3 if ordered or purchased on site.
