## About the house

The cottage accommodates up to seven guests. The lounge has couches, a TV and DVD player, alongside a dining area with seating for six. The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full-size fridge, stove, kettle and toaster. A CD player and tape deck are also available.

Two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The bathing facilities include a bathtub and toilet, with no shower in that room; a separate shower is off the kitchen near the back door. The external laundry contains a washing machine and a second toilet.

The fully enclosed, grassed backyard has a picnic table and gas BBQ. Free off-street parking accommodates two cars, with one undercover space and one open space. Free Wi-Fi, linen packs and towels are provided. Contact the office if you would like the beds made.

Pets are welcome outdoors only, and an on-lead dog exercise area is just around the corner. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Key collection is offsite.
