The house

The home offers 2,928 sq. ft. of indoor-outdoor living space, with ocean and garden views, an open-concept living and dining area, and a dining table seating eight. A wrap-around lanai overlooks the Pacific, while the private yard has a heated pool and lounge chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Three bedrooms and a bonus sleeping room have individual split-system air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, ocean views and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ocean and garden views, and lanai or balcony access. Guest Bedroom 3 has garden views. Ceiling fans are provided in the three bedrooms.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, cookware, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include a coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and crockpot. A laundry room provides a washer and dryer. High-speed Wi-Fi, a pool table, smart television and satellite or cable television are available. Linens, beach towels, children's amenities and starter supplies including coffee, toiletries and paper products are provided.

Beaches, local shops and trails are within walking distance. Museums, historic sites and markets are accessible nearby, with dining and entertainment a short drive away. A car is recommended. Free parking and a garage are available. Self check-in and check-out and a private entrance are provided. Security cameras are among the property's safety features. A daily resort fee may apply; inquire for details. Electric-vehicle charging is not available.
