## About the house

Honu Kai Arribada books two jungle homes and two private pools together on a gated Uvita estate of over four acres. The three-bedroom main house and two-bedroom casita provide separate living spaces for a group of eleven.

The main house has an open kitchen and living space leading onto a covered pool patio, with a queen bedroom and family bunk room downstairs and a king suite upstairs. The upstairs suite has its own bathroom and balcony with ocean and sunset views. The casita has two air-conditioned queen bedrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows. A poolside rancho includes a grill, outdoor shower and half bathroom. No spaces are shared with other guests.

## Are both homes and pools included?
Yes. The group has exclusive use of the three-bedroom home, two-bedroom casita and both private pools.

## How does arrival work?
Guests meet a management representative at check-in and check-out. After check-in they have unrestricted access during their stay.

No pets are allowed. A travel cot can be rented for an extra fee with at least 48 hours notice.

## What internet information is supplied?
The manager advertises high-speed internet installed in July 2025 and Google Nest Wi-Fi throughout the home. A verified speed measurement is not supplied.
