## About the house

The main home and separate Ohana suite accommodate six guests together. The great room has wide-plank wood floors, island-inspired décor and sliding glass walls opening to a covered lanai. A garden-facing dining area and shaded outdoor dining and lounge spaces support indoor-outdoor living, with golf course and mountain views.

The kitchen has marble countertops, a butcher-block island with bar seating, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer. Equipment includes a coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, rice cooker, ice machine, wine fridge, dishes and utensils; a BBQ is also provided.

The primary bedroom has a king four-poster canopy bed and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and golf view. Guest Bedroom 3 occupies the separate Ohana unit, with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, private entrance, lanai/balcony, and golf and garden views. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub/spa, tiki bar, fire pit, private yard, outdoor shower and seating among tropical landscaping. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. Indoor amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos audio, a smart TV, washer, dryer, linens, iron and hair dryer. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and outdoor lighting are provided.

The Shops at Kukuiʻula are walkable. Poipu Beach, Kiahuna Beach, Baby Beach, Mahaulepu Trail, Spouting Horn and historic Old Koloa Town are nearby destinations reached by a short drive. A car is necessary. The home does not include access to the Club at Kukuiʻula. The home is for sale, and a mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to reservations of 14 nights or longer.
