The house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests in four suites arranged around a lagoon-view courtyard. The great room has ceilings over 15 feet high, a sectional, dining space and disappearing glass doors connecting indoor living with the pool courtyard. The kitchen includes granite counters, an oversized island with three bar stools, stainless appliances and cookware.

The lagoon-facing courtyard has a private pool, padded loungers, a built-in gas grill, alfresco dining and shaded seating. Views include the lagoon and mountains, with sunsets toward Diamond Head. A garden, private yard and lanai provide additional outdoor space.

Each bedroom suite has a private entry, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and blackout drapes. The primary suite has lagoonfront views, lanai access and a deep soaking tub. The second and third suites have water and garden views. The fourth suite is in the guest house above the garage and has ocean, mountain and garden views; the garage is not accessible.

Amenities include Wi-Fi throughout, a smart TV with streaming apps, a Sonos audio system, linens, robes, beach and bath towels, beach chairs, and a washer and dryer with laundry essentials. Optional chef, massage and provisioning services are available on request. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

The villa is in a beachfront enclave, 10 minutes from Kahala and 15 minutes from Waikīkī. The adjacent lagoon is a protected nature preserve where swimming is prohibited. The home is offered exclusively to one renter for a full 30-day period.
