The house

This single-level home offers approximately 1,840 sq ft of living space and 65 linear feet of shoreline frontage. Open-plan living and dining areas include upholstered seating, coastal décor and ocean views. Sliding doors lead to a private tropical yard, beachside lawn and lanai with shaded and sunny seating areas. Beach towels, chairs and a cooler are available.

Each of the four bedrooms has one king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV and space for a crib or Pack and Play. The primary bedroom has ocean views, an ensuite bathroom, lanai access and a ceiling-drop TV. Guest Bedroom 2 has ocean views, balcony/deck access and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have mountain views.

The equipped kitchen includes a SubZero refrigerator, convection oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, utensils and a butler’s pantry. A BBQ is also available.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly facilities, washer and dryer, smart TVs, satellite or cable TV, linens, a hair dryer, iron, private entrance and self check-in/check-out. Central air conditioning and bedroom split air conditioning are provided. Energy features include solar hot water, 16 photovoltaic panels and a Tesla charger. Safety equipment includes a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and outdoor lighting.

Local dining and shoreline parks are within walking distance. The Honolulu Zoo, museums, Diamond Head Crater, Makapuʻu Lighthouse Trail, Hanauma Bay, golf courses and the dining and shopping areas of Waikīkī and Hawaiʻi Kai are a short drive away. A car is necessary.
