The house

Honl’s Beach Hale has ocean and Kona coastline views, refreshed interiors and air conditioning throughout. The living room has woven ceilings, coastal-style seating, a Smart TV and sliding pocket doors opening to a covered ocean-view lanai for dining and lounging. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and access to the shared bathroom.

The fully equipped ocean-view kitchen includes a full-size stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine, dishes and utensils. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table or on the lanai. A washer and dryer and an outdoor gas grill are available.

The oceanfront lawn has direct shoreline access. Outdoor facilities include a private hot tub facing the Pacific, a lava-rock outdoor shower, a garden, beach towels and a cooler. Other amenities include linens, shampoo, a hair dryer, an iron, satellite or cable television and toys. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit; security cameras are present.

Honl’s Beach, surf breaks, Royal Kona Resort, cafés, restaurants, shops and nightlife are within walking distance. Historic Kailua Village, farmers markets, snorkel beaches, golf courses, hiking trails and cultural sites along the Kona Coast are a short drive away. Free off-street parking is available. Holiday stays require a seven-night minimum and are subject to specific Christmas/New Year requirements. Electric-vehicle charging is not available at the property.
