Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered in advance and approved by the condominium administration. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows or balconies, not flushing toilet paper, and not playing loud music from 22:00–08:00. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Checkout after 10:00 incurs an additional night charge.
