House rules
No smoking, parties or events. Breaches may result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Respect the property and neighbours. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. The optional living-room sofa bed accommodates one additional guest. Personal belongings remain in the home, and guests may be asked to take out bins. Fireplace use is prohibited because the chimney is blocked. Return keys to the lockbox at checkout. Access callouts, including callouts for subsequent guests when keys are not returned by the agreed checkout time, incur a fee upwards of €50. Lost or damaged keys incur a replacement fee upwards of €80 per keyset. Request extensions before 5 p.m. on the evening before checkout; later requests incur a €35 fee for last-minute cancellation of the cleaning service, in addition to extra nights.
