The home has a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and private outdoor space. An optional sofa bed in the living room accommodates one additional guest. Both bedrooms have wardrobe storage; Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite, and there is a separate family bathroom.

Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are provided, along with fresh linen, towels and toiletries. Guest support is available 24/7, and guests have full access to the property. Personal belongings remain in the home during stays.

The residential Oldcourt setting provides access to Bray's shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Bray Beach, the promenade, Bray Head walking trails and Killruddery House & Gardens offer nearby outings. Bray Daly Station provides DART connections to Dublin city centre and coastal destinations. Bus services include the E1 and 45A, while the N11 and M50 provide road connections towards Dublin, Dublin Airport and Wicklow.

Personal belongings remain in the home, and guests may be asked to take out bins. Fireplace use is prohibited because the chimney is blocked. Return keys to the lockbox at checkout. Access callouts, including callouts for subsequent guests when keys are not returned by the agreed checkout time, incur a fee upwards of €50. Lost or damaged keys incur a replacement fee upwards of €80 per keyset. Request extensions before 5 p.m. on the evening before checkout; later requests incur a €35 fee for last-minute cancellation of the cleaning service, in addition to extra nights.
