House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. The flat is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to stays from 24 July 2026 onwards; it is included in the total booking price and collected automatically.
Getting there
Princes Street and the Royal Mile are a 15–20-minute walk away; Calton Hill is a 10-minute walk and Leith Shore a 10–15-minute walk. Edinburgh Waverley is accessible by tram, bus or a 20-minute walk. Leith Walk has a direct airport tram route taking around 40 minutes; airport taxi journeys take 25–30 minutes depending on traffic.
