The open-plan great room has high ceilings, island-inspired furnishings and floor-to-ceiling pocket doors opening onto a shaded, covered lanai. The living area includes a 52-inch 4K TV and Blu-ray/DVD player; the dining table seats eight. The kitchen has granite counters, solid wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, cookware and small appliances, plus a breakfast bar seating three. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and ice machine; a BBQ is also available.

There are three bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and central air conditioning. The primary bedroom has garden and pool views and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an ensuite with a shower/tub combination. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Central air conditioning extends throughout the home, with 4K TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach towels and free private parking.

The covered lanai sits beside the private pool in a gated backyard with space for sunbathing and outdoor dining. Shared community facilities include outdoor lounges, an ocean/sunset lookout, a pool and hot tub. Guests can access seven tennis courts, five lighted, and 20 pickleball courts, eight lighted, for additional fees.

Keauhou Bay and Keauhou Shopping Center, with restaurants, a movie theater and shops, are within walking distance. White Sands Beach Park, Kona Town shopping and dining, golf and outdoor activities are a short drive away.

Smoking is not allowed. Tennis and pickleball facilities carry additional fees. Non-member Open Play costs $15 per person per session from September 15, 2025, increased from $10; separate morning and afternoon sessions require separate payments. Open Play punch cards cost $90 for seven punches or $120 for ten punches and are not valid for court reservations. Weekly, monthly and longer memberships are available through the community shop. Court rental fees are waived for members. Court bookings must be requested through the community shop and are subject to confirmation. Saturday Round Robin sign-up must be completed by Friday at 7 PM. Racquet-facility guests use QR-code sign-in.
