The house

The 2,372-square-foot home has an open-concept great room with large pocket doors opening to a covered lanai, tropical gardens and a private yard. Indoor dining seats six, and the lanai provides outdoor dining and lounge seating.

The kitchen has an island, commercial-grade appliances, a Breville Nespresso machine, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge and small appliances including a blender, rice cooker and coffee grinder. A BBQ is available.

The primary bedroom has ocean views, a ceiling fan and private lanai access; its ensuite includes a freestanding soaking tub. Both guest bedrooms have garden views and ceiling fans, and Guest Bedroom 2 also has private lanai access. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.

The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a full-size washer and dryer, linens and beach gear including towels, chairs, mats, an umbrella and a cooler. There is an outdoor shower. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit and security cameras are provided.

Guests have access to a community pool and hot tub, golf, tennis and scenic walking paths. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance; beaches and downtown Kailua-Kona are a short drive away.
